General Conditions

Starting from 01/01/14 all prices shown are subject to a tourist tax amounting to 2,50 € per person (aged 14 and over) per day, payable upon departure.In addition, we charge 60€-80€ for final cleaning.

Reservation:
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers'Code is not contemplated. For the definitive reservation we ask a deposit of 30 % of the total amount of the booked period. It is the handling fee, and in the event of a cancellation it will only be refunded if the booking travel insurance was completed.

Cover Yourself by booking the travel insurance we offer!

For cancellation of your stay the following fees well be charged:
- cancellation 1 month prior to your arrival, we retain the deposit
- cancellation 7 days prior to your arrival, 50% of the total amount of your stay
- cancellation less than7 days prior to your arrival, 100% of the total amount of your stay

Our house has a special agreement with the Experience.Nature Hotel Teresa**** which is located right in front of the ROSALPINA*** house. Our guests have, if desired, the opportunity to dinner there.

In the evening typical tyrolean/ladin mountain food meet the mediterranean culture in a classy ambience.
Whether you are going to benefit of this special agreement or not is up to you and can be decided from day to day.
